These Days

27 May 2019 We spent the morning of Memorial Day at the Georgia Aquarium, this time with lola.  Ela and her blogger pose.

We went strawberry picking at Warbington Farms last May 25. This was the weekend before Memorial Day and kids did not have swim classes so we took advantage of the appointment-free Saturday.

Neil's elementary school graduation was on May 22. So proud of this kid. This year was not without struggles and challenges but we are thankful for this school and his teachers for their support. Middle school, here we come!

Some of the moms from Neil's 5th grade class organized this swim party to celebrate graduation. It was on the 2nd to the last day of school. Anything swimming and he's in. I had to work on this day so Rich chaperoned. Looks like he had a blast. :)

This is Neil's second basketball league and they had their last game of the season on May 18.

Daniela had her second ballet recital this month and this time, she's a mouse - the cutest mouse if I may say so. ;) Recital week is always busy, with two dress rehearsals that can run long, plus the actual performance itself but it's always worth it. It's so much fun seeing Ela perform on stage. We're so proud of her.
