Rich in the Kitchen

I haven't been cooking as much lately because Rich has taken 'ownership' of the kitchen. Something has clicked and he's discovered that cooking is really not that scary or complicated.=) He follows recipes and the ones he tried so far have been pretty good and look nice, too. I was cooking adobo today and he even volunteered finish making it. It's great to have another cook in the house. Good job, daddy!

The recipe for this is from Publix. It's called lobster surf and turf with lemon butter and bearnaise but this version is minus the lobster.=)
