Atlanta Eastside Beltline Trail

Neil has fall break from Thursday to Monday. I researched for out of town trips but nothing materialized. It was ok though because there is still a lot of Atlanta we haven't seen. I took the day off on Friday and the family went to Old Fourth Ward, the Eastside Beltline Trail and Ponce City Market. Lots of walking but it was fun.

The Altanta Beltline is a 33-mile network of multi-use trails. It includes the core 22-mile corridor that follows the original railroad segments, as well as numerous other extensions linking to many of Atlanta’s existing parks and trails. The Eastside Trail is the first finished section of the trail in the old rail corridor. It runs from the tip of Piedmont Park to Inman Park and Old Fourth Ward. (Source)
