Stone Mountain and Downtown Atlanta

Rich's mom and sister arrived from California last Saturday. We were able to show them a little bit of Atlanta before Cynch had to fly back to CA on Sunday. It was warmer during the weekend which was conducive for being outdoors.

From the airport, we drove straight to Stone Mountain Park on Saturday. We got the annual parking pass because we hope to come back more often in spring/summer.

Welcome to Atlanta!

Neil wanted a picture at the state markers. Still related to his fascination with geography.

On Sunday, we attended the 8:30AM service at church and Bible Study at 9:50AM. We had lunch at the CNN Center and walked a little bit around the Centennial Olympic Park. Then back to the airport for Cynch's flight.

We stopped by Ikea on the way home to buy a cabinet and curtain rods. My happy place.=)
