The Nutcracker Performance

All the second graders at Neil's school participated in the annual staging of The Nutcracker on December 17. These types of programs happen less often here compared to Manila so we were really excited to see Neil perform. We arrived early and got good seats close to the stage.

The main performance was on Thursday night (for the parents) but there was an encore performance on Friday morning for the students and teachers. We went back on Friday to see it again. Even though we were at the back, we could still see the whole stage because the kids squatted on the floor. This time I simply watched and did not use the camera.

Good seats.

Rich had to step out for the first part because Ela was getting noisy. He came back and she was asleep and we were able to watch Neil's part and the rest of the program with no complications.=)

Here goes!

The other classes.
