Singapore-Malaysia April 2013

This is my first trip outside the country with parents or sibling.  We've wanted to do this for a long time and the Airphil Express (now PAL Express) promo finally sealed the deal.  The schedule also worked out, with Mommy needing to attend a convention two days after our homebound flight so they just need to make one trip to Manila.

We planned our itinerary and got inputs from our SG-based friends but we kept switching things up even on the day itself.  Four days was enough to see much of the city at a relaxed pace.  Still, there were many things we opted not to do so they will be for next time.=)

Day 1: Marina Bay Sands, Art Science Museum, Esplanade, Merlion, dinner with Intel friends
Day 2: Johor Bahru Tour, dinner with IHG friends
Day 3: Sentosa
Day 4: Gardens by the Bay, dinner with Intel friends, flight to Manila
--- detailed posts to follow ---

Singapore, here we come!

Neil Moment:
You say Singapore, he says SIGnapore. No matter how many times we asked him to say it properly, he just can't.  So we adapted this new name during the trip and it has stuck even up to now.
